Our Staging Design Consults are created to give you expert guidance and insider knowledge on how to best position your home to sell. You'll meet 1:1 with an experienced designer from our team who will evaluate your property and provide you with an actionable plan to reimagine your space. From color and lighting to functional space planning, we'll give you the tools and knowledge to edit your house with confidence and turn your home into one of the most compelling properties on the market.

Staging Consult Deliverables

1:1 Design Consult

Our staging design consults are created to give you expert guidance on how to design and position your home to sell. Whether in person or virtual, you'll have a dedicated meeting with a member of our design team. We'll tour your home, evaluate areas for improvement, and provide customized directions on next steps.

Written Action Plan

We'll follow up your consult with a written action plan of recommended projects to improve your property's value and presentation. We'll get into the weeds—noting what furniture to shift, what decor to nix, and what lighting fixtures to install. You'll have all the guidance and resources you need to execute when you're ready.

styling Service Add-On

Want more hands-on help post consult? If you're local to Nashville, you can add on our Staging Styling Service for an additional fee. With this service, our design team will return to your property before photos are taken and "edit" your accessories and decor, so your home is styled to sell.

Where We Work


Our home staging design consults are available virtually. If you are local to the Nashville area, we're happy to conduct our consult in person—whatever you prefer!

The Design Process

Book your Staging Design Consult. Let us know what works best for you: in-person (Nashville-only) or virtual. Once we know your preferred method and availability, we'll put a time on the calendar for your consult.

Prior to your consult, we'll send you a list of items to prep and questions to consider so we can make our time together as meaningful as possible.

Step 3

Next, you'll meet with your designer. We'll tour your home, evaluate your property, and discuss key adjustments and improvements that can be made to increase your property's value and appeal.

After your consult, your designer will follow-up with an itemized and prioritized list of projects to tackle. If we make recommendations such as updating paint colors or swapping light fixtures, we'll be sure to share specific resources so you have everything you need to transform your space.

It's time to get to work! Put your plan into action at your own pace. If you'd like some additional hands-on help, consider adding on our Staging Styling Service. Our design team will come back to your property and "edit" your decor and accessories for a polished, market-ready presentation.
