It's time to see your vision come to life. With design boards, you'll see photos of furniture and decor pieces styled in 2D presentations, helping you visualize the design elements and how they work together.

Scale is key. Our designers will provide floor plans with furniture placement so you have a clear vision and blueprint for your future space. With remote projects, measurements are provided by the client.

Last but certainly not least: selections! We'll provide you with an itemized ordering list of all products and finishes, with preferred pricing offered on all Mayker product.

While our team is based in Nashville, Tennessee, we love connecting with people who are kindred design spirits and who appreciate timeless aesthetics that are rich in character. Our heartbeat is in creating spaces that are uniquely tailored to individuals, and which seem—at once—familiar but not common.

The Design Process

Select your design service. Let us know the rooms you want and your timeline goals.

Kick off your project. Once you've booked our team, we'll schedule an intro call with your designer to review the essentials: vision, budget, and goals.

Post call, you'll have some fun homework. From inspo visuals to measurements, you'll gather the essential information our design team needs to create your space.

Next, our favorite part! Your designer will spend time crafting your design plan, then share it with you via a pre-recorded video presentation, clearly walking you through their selections and vision. They also share your key deliverables (mock-ups, selections, and floor plan) for you to review.

Once you have time to review and gather your thoughts, you can share your feedback in your preferred method (email, call, or video chat). With Mayker design packages, you have unlimited revisions for 30 days after you receive your initial design. We can refine away until you feel we've landed on the perfect plan for your space(s).

Once everything is approved, we'll finalize your design and send you all your perfected deliverables in a design bundle, ready to order and implement. When sourcing through Mayker, you'll continue to work directly with our team to purchase and fulfill your dream pieces.

Our virtual design service is priced per room for ease and clarity, but the service can be utilized for multiple spaces.

$550 | Medium Room: 201-350 Square Feet
$650 | Large Room: 351-500 Square Feet
